Good, no nonsense, until financing came up Bob gave me a good no- nonsense price off the bat. He is eager to please and understood what I wanted. . BUT—-Finance guy tried to add an extended warranty, costing thousands of dollars, Into our financing (we were pre-approved at DCU and knew our rate already). He didn’t give the no extra warranty cost separately until we asked, clearly trying to hide the total cost in the monthly payments. He was trying to confuse us by implying it was part of the bank’s package. Be aware they want to bamboozle you. Shady! Truck was prepped quickly, all options installed nicely, registered for us and filled up with gas! Bob was out in the pouring rain to put the plates on for us. More
