Annual inspection I took my car to them for annual inspection and they failed the test because there was some moist in one of the headlight (my car is 2017 model with 1 I took my car to them for annual inspection and they failed the test because there was some moist in one of the headlight (my car is 2017 model with 16k on it and there was no other issue). I explained them that this moist/fog will go away in a minute or so if I turn on car's head light but some SENIOR reperesentative told me that I need to change my headlight. Their reason and response did not make any sense to me. I tried to explain it to multiple people in their team but all of them were acting like robots with no out of the box mindset. I took car to another service center and they passed my car. All this happened in 15-20 mins time. These people are very unprofessional and people should try best to not use their services. More
