My daughter came in to lease a HONDA FIT the sales, and finance staff told her $180/ month for 36 months with $1400 down because of "difficult" credit. This is when their TRUE COLORS were exposed. The staff then told her the payments would be closer to $350 and if she did not take it they would hold her check for two weeks. Tell me do you guys also "lose" the keys for a trade in when the deal is not going well??? Lucky enough she was able to put a stop payment on the check, so to you SCOTT WELLS and the rest of the termites you call a sales staff we survived the experience, but the education lives on DO NOT GO THERE DO NOT GO THERE More

He was warm and friendly and eager to help as I spent hours driving a variety of Honda models over the course of several days. Jayson was informative and straightforward, communicative and available. In the process, I also met with both Scott and Daniel who added helpful and important information about the non-negotiation process and the work done on the car we purchased, such as buying new tires, which improved the value of the car we purchased, compared to a similar car at a competing dealer. We had an excellent and very low stress experience and felt trusting of Jayson and the dealership. We will start with Bernardi when we shop for our next Honda. More

Maintenance by Fleet Program I have a company car that uses Enterprise Fleet Maintenance for all repair and maintenance services. I went to Bernardi Honda to get an oil change for I have a company car that uses Enterprise Fleet Maintenance for all repair and maintenance services. I went to Bernardi Honda to get an oil change for my Honda CRV because this was one of the locations listed under the plan. The first time I tried using the Enterprise Maintenance card, I was told that Bernardi Honda did not recognize the card. After explaining to the service personnel at length, they finally accepted the card. The second time I went, was told again by Michael Hayes, the service advisor, that Bernardi Honda did not recognize nor accept the Enterprise Fleet Maintenance program card. I was also told by him and Bobby that I would not be allowed to use the maintenance card again and would have to pay up front or leave. They argued that they did not know how to charge Enterprise and made it seem like it was an issue I would have to resolve for them. It seems unreasonable to join a program for your customer's convenience, then argue with your customers about using the program. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was unbelievable. If I could give Bernardi Honda zero stars, I would. More

Buying my 2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6 - This is my second purchase here at the Bernardi Honda Natick Ma. location. The first purchase was made back on June 2004. The over all experience This is my second purchase here at the Bernardi Honda Natick Ma. location. The first purchase was made back on June 2004. The over all experience worked out satisfactory although there were some bumps along the way. I believe that I paid close to what I should have paid for this car so in my judgement I did not get the deal of a lifetime here.... This being said I would say that all individuals involved here with the sale and trade in of my vehicle did what they could to make me a happy second time Honda owner. I only hope this car will last just as well for the next thirteen years if not longer. Jayson ( sales ), Mena ( sales manager ), Bobby ( used car manager ) and Abe ( finance manager ) did everything they could to make me happy according to company policies and procedures. All involved made sure I understood all of the individual processes along the way. More
