Buying my 2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6 - This is my second purchase here at the Bernardi Honda Natick Ma. location. The first purchase was made back on June 2004. The over all experience This is my second purchase here at the Bernardi Honda Natick Ma. location. The first purchase was made back on June 2004. The over all experience worked out satisfactory although there were some bumps along the way. I believe that I paid close to what I should have paid for this car so in my judgement I did not get the deal of a lifetime here.... This being said I would say that all individuals involved here with the sale and trade in of my vehicle did what they could to make me a happy second time Honda owner. I only hope this car will last just as well for the next thirteen years if not longer. Jayson ( sales ), Mena ( sales manager ), Bobby ( used car manager ) and Abe ( finance manager ) did everything they could to make me happy according to company policies and procedures. All involved made sure I understood all of the individual processes along the way. More

Service for a recall and extended warantee I had to bring my Honda in for a recall and an extended warrantee issue. This is the second CRV that I have purchased from Bernardi. Strongly DO NOT recommend this dealership . The worst car buying experience. Guys was so shady, tricky. Be careful especially with financial persons, they extremely rude and unfriendly. In . In our case, we agreed for 29000 for a car and then when they get a car and was time to sign all documents price was around 32500 with no TAX and included extended warranty, for which nobody ask for, when I asked if they can remove extended warranty, they said "NO, you can't buy car without it!". But they said I can cancel extended warranty after 30 days, that the only option. They changed price and canceled extended warranty(after all proofs that price we deal for was way lower and it's not necessary to buy extended warranty), but it was really a hard time, especially for my girlfriend, she was crying, that was her first time buying car and this dealership made it nightmare More
