Very happy with Bernardi Honda Natick I was in the market for a new car to replace my old 2005 Honda CR-V that I had gotten used about six years ago. I walked into Bernardi Honda with my w I was in the market for a new car to replace my old 2005 Honda CR-V that I had gotten used about six years ago. I walked into Bernardi Honda with my wife on a Friday afternoon (without an appointment). We were greeted by Jayson and I told him I was interested in test driving a CR-V and HR-V. At that point I had studied six cars from three different makers and wanted to get a hands on feel for the new 2017 Honda models. Jayson was very polite, listened to what I was looking for and was able to get me into a couple cars to test drive. Following the test drive we sat down, went over my budget and details about the cars. I informed Jayson that Bernard Honda was the first stop of three dealerships I was visiting that weekend and I was planning to test driving a couple different makes of cars before coming to a final decision. Jayson was VERY respectful of this and I greatly appreciated that about him. He did not make me feel pressured that I had to make a decision that very day. He was able to send me off with his card and a brochure about the car I was liking most of the Hondas. The following day I visited two other non-Honda dealerships and my experiences were just awful. I had salesmen try to get me to put a deposit down the same day, then his manager talk down to me as if I didn't realize how good of a deal I was being offered. Then another salesman try to get details about what the other dealerships were offering me like an ex-girlfriend wanting to know my whereabouts. I never felt that I was treated like a person anywhere other than Bernardi Honda. Just two days after meeting Jayson I was back at Bernardi Honda ready to put down a deposit for the car I wanted. My wife and I started the signing processes and two weeks later I drive home with a brand new 2017 Honda HR-V. Bernardi Honda of Natick really did make buying this car a smooth transition. I would recommend Honda and Jayson to anyone. More

Unfair treatment!!! I took my car for service, explained everything that I wanted to be done to the car. Make sure all fluid are at the right level and air in the tires. The guy was very rude and being really disrespectful towards me. I was very disappointed. Ten minutes later he returned your car is all set. He didn't check the fliud at all he just put air in the tires. A day later I was at work my car was leaking badly I couldn't drive it. I called tow truck, I'm thinking I just took the car for services so what's going. The guy didn't do nothing to it just air in the tires. They looked up in the system it wasn't recorded which means he didn't do nothing it shows I wasn't even there for service at all. I was so upset if I knew I could have taken it somewhere else. I called to set up an appointment to talked to the manager on service department. He told me to come down I went there. He wasn't being helpful, he couldn't listen to me at all he was talking over me. He said "Your problem didn't happened right after you leave here so how do you know your car wasn't fixed". I left really upset. I know if it was a different person they could have handled things different. But because of my color that's what I got. I started working with Prime Honda in West Roxbury I bought a brand new Honda CRV 2016. Very nice people great service!! More
Exceptional Service from Jayson Navarro and Scott Wells!! Scott Wells and Jayson Navarro make it very easy to be a repeat customer, as they both literally go way beyond to make a customer happy in every way! Jayson actually drove a new Honda Accord to my home to make sure it fit inside my garage along with my wife's auto the first lease I did with Bernardi Honda. No one else would ever do that! I only drive a standard so Scott and Jayson worked very hard during the first lease to find me a standard with a certain color. They found the Honda Accord and I ended up changing my mind three times until I finally chose the color they got for me at the very beginning. They were as happy as could be and never expressed any aggravation towards me whatsoever, as I was taking so much extra time of theirs. They constantly maintained their desire to make a customer very happy! The first lease was due to expire in April and Scott contacted me in January to see if I wanted to work on the next vehicle sooner than later, especially knowing I would require another standard. Scott placed a special order with Honda for a standard, which is very rare now - and kept the price the same as if I leased an auto right off their parking lot. The car came in, standard and all - and just as Scott and Jayson said after it was ordered, that I would love the color, which I do. I forgot to order the door guards - rain guards - but Jayson reminded me to order them, knowing I would need to schedule another trip into the dealership. I have never met a sales manager and sales associate that welcome a customer and make them feel so very special and valued as a customer!! Same exact greeting you receive from anyone in their service department and showroom as well. Every time you either speak by telephone or visit in person with Scott or Jayson, you feel the genuine warmth and sincerity!! They are always so very happy and pleasant that make you feel they will always spend as much time as you want with any questions whatsoever!! They also have fantastic memories in recalling birthdays, anniversaries, families, jobs and so on, right off the top of their heads!! I will always work with Jayson and Scott as they are always so very willing to help in any and every way possible, and always with the biggest smile as well!! More

My old Nissan Maxima had conked out on me, so I was definitely a motived buyer, but I wasn't going to jump in to a purchase without doing my homework, asking questions, and making sure I knew what I was getting into. Vadim was excellent at answering my questions. Matt Morganelli was the person who conducted the inspection, and when I discovered a week after picking up the car that the battery was iffy, Lori Gagnon was there to replace it free of charge.
