He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to negotiate a fair amount on my trade-in. There was no pressure at all; I told him my budget and he showed me cars that were within my price range. I've dealt with other dealerships that try to push you into buying a more expensive car and I did not have to deal with that at all. I feel confident with the purchase I made, I know this car is going to last me just as long, if not longer, than my old one. Mike was great too! Again, no pressure to sign up for extended warranties or contracts that I didn't need. They both genuinely wanted to help, listened to what I wanted and could afford and did not just try to get another sale in and out the door. More
