I had not purchased a car in ten year I was assigned to a fairly new sales person, Tonya Dryden, and was delighted with her expertise and helpfulness. I had not purchased a car in ten years and expected to be a bit overwhelmed by the process. Instead Tonya was easy to deal with,very clear with explanations and most thorough in her explanations. I have always told my friends that I would never go to any place but this Honda dealership.It is friendly, quick and expert in its care. Awesome People! I went to Bernardi Natick to look at a used CR-V that I was interested in, but had other CR-Vs in mind from other dealers as well. I ended up going ba I went to Bernardi Natick to look at a used CR-V that I was interested in, but had other CR-Vs in mind from other dealers as well. I ended up going back to the next morning as soon as Bernardi opened to purchase their CRV because it was a great deal and the customer service was awesome. Tonya stayed after closing with me the night I saw the car and answered all of my questions. This was the one dealership I visited where I felt treated as a person and not just another sale. I tended to get looked over when buying a car because I am a female in my young 20s, and most sales people at other places would not listen to me when I told them what I was or was not looking for. There was a rattling in the car when we test drove it and they had it fixed the next morning for me when I went to sign on the car. A few days later when I went to officially pick up my new vehicle she was also great and super friendly, and was there to help me out in the few days after when I had questions. She was excellent!
