The only thing that I didn't like about my experience here was when I was filling out the paperwork, one of the management employees were trying to make me buy a Package and I kept telling him that I didnt want it and that I'm all set. He rudely left the office while I was still in there without saying anything and went to talk with someone about how I didn't want to buy the premium package. He came back inside with a much rude attitude with no care for me at all and finished the paper work leaving uncomfortable about how he treated me. But when I went to pick up the car Jayson was there to Congratulate me to my new car and I felt comfortable about my decision. They need more people like Jayson at Dealerships! More
Bait and Switch-Worst dealership Classic bait and switch. Worst dealership I've encountered. Dishonest and fraudulent. Internet representative Victoria Jolliemore assured me that an advertised car was available, knowing I was about to drive 1.5 hours to see the car. I had asked her to call me if the car became unavailable during my drive, and received no call. When I arrived (on time), sales representative Jayson Navarro informed me that the vehicle had been purchased 15 min. before I came in, but that he wanted to show me cars costing $2K more. Sales Manager John McCarthy was abrupt, unapologetic and clearly running a scam. Don't waste your time at this dealership, which gives the great Honda brand a bad name. More

I had purchased two other cars from Bernardi in the past (Audi) and have always liked the service. This case was no different, our sales person Jayson Navarro was excellent. He listened to what we needed, found us the right car, gave us a straightforward deal that I checked on Consumer Reports and was right in line with a good offer and was exceptionally friendly. Also helped that he and my wife were from the same city in the same country :-). I was very happy with the way that Jayson helped us, got us what we needed without any hassles or haggling. The financing department was great and got us the financing deal that I was expecting. Probably one of the best shopping experience I have had. More

My fiancée and I stopped in due to a light being on on the dashboard. We didn't fully understand what the issue was. Despite a crowded and busy service center, Bobby took the time to listen patiently, ask the right questions, and understand the problem. Within an hour the problem was fixed and we were on our way. Today Bobby told us, "It's all about the people skills." He is so right! In fact, I recommend he train all new service consultants in customer service. Bobby went above and beyond our expectations. If all service consultants had Bobby's decorum, skills, and expertise, car service would be a 100% stress-free experience. Bernardi Honda in Natick is lucky to have such an amazing employee! More

Bernardi had the best online price for the model I was looking for. I made an appointment on a Friday and had a test drive and worked through easy negotiations in under two hours. Bernardi had my paperwork ready to sign Saturday afternoon and it was painless - even with all three of my kids in the dealership with me. They met my budget and the interest rate they offered was better than AAA. I highly recommend this dealership. This is the second Odyssey we've purchased through Bernardi. My salesperson Jayson Navarro was exceptionally helpful, honest, and friendly! More
