Attentive to our requests We recently purchased a new Honda CRV from Bernardi Honda in Natick, MA. Jayson Navarro was out dealer and we found him to be attentive, and friendly We recently purchased a new Honda CRV from Bernardi Honda in Natick, MA. Jayson Navarro was out dealer and we found him to be attentive, and friendly. There was no hard -sell or push for us to purchase. He listened to the issues we had experienced at other dealerships regarding this and he ensured that the entire process was up front and transparent. Jayson also introduced us to his colleague Peter McCormick to assist us and Abe helped with the financing aspects for us. We purchased the car on a Saturday and took delivery of it the following Tuesday. Jayson liaised with us in the intervening period to ensure that the insurance and registration paperwork was completed in a timely manner. When we went to pick up the car Jayson also showed us around maintenance services and also checked in a few days afterwards to ensure everything was going smoothly. Suddenly, reluctantly, choosing a car to replace my Odyssey. I loved my 2001 Odyssey and had no plans to replace it. But when a transmission failure happened, and with many miles on the road, family members urg I loved my 2001 Odyssey and had no plans to replace it. Due to personal living circumstances and immediate medical plans I had to make a quick decision with no preparation. Enter Jayson Navarro. Sympathetic to my concerns, he was very helpful with information, multiple test drives, and endless patience as I came by many times, and slowly reached a decision. Jayson covered everything about the car the 2nd time..and upon getting the 3rd one he had to show me all the new items with the new car. The other guy we worked with was Sami and he also was very informative about the new car....he didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't want or need...would I recommend Jayson to anybody?
