Nick was able to help us locate a car that fit exactly what we were looking for and more, with our new 2014 CR-Z. I have contacted him over the phone once with what out requirement and budget. Nick was quick with an quote that would meet our budget. We never had to step in to the showroom. We were able to put complete the deal over the phone. This experience will help the dealership in the future, since we do not have time nor the patience to go over information list every time you visit a dealer. Extremely unprofessional These guys are a joke. They probably got my number from a web research I had done the previous day and they called me offering "extended black friday These guys are a joke. I go in and they quote me MSRP on a new vehicle and half price of what autotrader gives cash for my trade-in. And some minor discounts afterwards, but nothing close to real-world numbers. And all this after long delays for everything. Very unprofessional overall, but now that I've read other yelp reviews it is not very surprising. More

Extremely unprofessional The internet team was great went out of their way to help me and answered all my questions promptly, I drove over an hour to look at a used Accord, lo The internet team was great went out of their way to help me and answered all my questions promptly, I drove over an hour to look at a used Accord, loved the car I would be lying if I told you I wanted it. Test drove the car, go back to the showroom, where it was extremely noisy not from customers from the staff playing around having inappropriate conversations. The sales man came back with an offer that was insulting on my trade-in, sales manager arguing with another customer and three sales staff throwing paper balls around behind me. All in all this was the worst experience ever at a car dealership although it was not a total waste of my time, as I was sitting there in horror I was looking for other Accords in the area. Unless you want to deal with children and play games while buying a car, do yourself a favor sip this horrible dealership. More
I'm the customer that was left behind Chatted and was E-mailed about a certain vehicle, VIN#5J6RE4H31BL058810 that I wanted to purchase this morning and set up a time to go to Bernardi Hon Chatted and was E-mailed about a certain vehicle, VIN#5J6RE4H31BL058810 that I wanted to purchase this morning and set up a time to go to Bernardi Honda, Natick, it had taken me over an hour drive to get there and I couldn't find the place. I wound up at Bernardi Toyota and they told me to go back in the other direction, they should have brought the car to me there. I drove up and down that stretch of road two or three times and then I got lost in water town, wound up in downtown Boston before finding my way back to 128 north. I got a message on my phone at 4:08pm that they had sold the car out from under me. I cant believe you guys knew I was interested in that vehicle this morning and you sold it out from under me, (If you even had it!). You will never get any business from me and if anybody asks me about Bernadi I will tell them what I think . You should send me a 20 dollar bill to pay for my gas. You wasted my time and money. I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing! More
