Long wait but very friendly customer service. I must have gone to the dealership at a bad time because I spent 5 hours at Bernardi Honda dealing with paperwork and finance. They were short on staff, I was told, and that's why it took so long. However, everyone I worked with was very friendly and pleasant. I recommend going to this dealership in the morning or early afternoon to avoid waiting. I was told, after I got there in the early evening, that it was a "night time" dealership and that it usually picks up in the evening. While I was there long after closing, much of the staff stayed as well and they didn't seem bothered by the extended, long work hours. Overall, great people to work with. More
STAY AWAY! Very poor experience today at Bernardi. I was there for 2 hours and was showed a car I was interested in a bit above my price range. I told them it would perhaps be doable depending on the trade in value offer for my car. We agreed they would pull up the car I was interested in and at the same time my car would be appraised. They did pull up the car and I was in fact interested. When we went back inside the 'used car sales manager' (I'm unsure of his name - bald/beard) came over and was very disrespectful, rude, and abrupt throughout our encounter. He was angry with me because I wasn't interested in telling them my monthly payment range and instead wanted to talk about bottom line pricing of the vehicle. The 'used car sales manager' (again, I forget his name) then told me they didn't have a car for me and slid my keys across the table to me. After multiple hours working with their sales person this man ruined the entire experience in just 3 short minutes and lost the salesperson a sale. I will buy a car, I will NOT buy it here. More

Everyone I worked with from sales to finance did a great job working with me to get me exactly what I wanted. I felt no pressure to purchase anything I did not want and they gave me a great deal ! Usually buying a new or used car is somewhat stressful and I always wonder how bad I am being taken advantage of but this experience was much different. Perhaps this dealership is doing well enough that they feel they don not have to sell you as much as they possibly can for top dollar but whatever their business model is I love it. This car has never seen any other auto bays, yet it must have come from some other mysterious place. For something that costs $300 to fix and to keep a customer for life, you would think that it would be a no brainer to fix it... No wonder why you needed consultants to come in and "fix" the place up. Too bad that OBVIOUSLY did not work. Good job going above and beyond to keep a customer. Good job.... More
Love Bernardi Natick Since purchasing our 2 Hondas at Bernardi in Natick in 2005, our vehicles have been serviced there and the service department is top notch, esp. Bobby Since purchasing our 2 Hondas at Bernardi in Natick in 2005, our vehicles have been serviced there and the service department is top notch, esp. Bobby Gazza. We go there for the big things (timing belt, major maintenance, etc) and small things (oil change, knocks/pings, etc.). Each time, Bobby takes wonderful care of us - asking all the right questions, making sure we understand what is needed/how much it will cost/how long it will take. We have never been disappointed and know we are getting what has been promised and for a fair price. If we bring in discount coupons, he makes sure we use it to the fullest extent. If a major service is needed, he's honest about when the repair needs to get done. He does not pressure us to get things done right away when it's not necessary and may suggest we wait until our next oil change or service. Bobby really understands what service is all about. He knows what he is talking about and gets the job done on time, on budget and with a cheerful attitude. Even though we have plenty of service garages near our home, it's so worth the 30-minute ride to Bernardi! More

I bought the part for around $130 and had it installed at a ra I needed a third brake light assembly replaced in my 06 Honda Civic to pass inspection. I bought the part for around $130 and had it installed at a rate of $120 an hr. Despite the price of installation, my quoted time was under an hour, so I went with it. Due to understandable circumstances, the replacement took most of the afternoon. Bobby was kind enough to only charge me for the quoted time, and gave me a free Scrub-a-Dub car wash voucher. Unfortunately, I left the dealership without taking a close look at what they had done. I noticed the assembly rattling when I hit bumps or had music on. I called the dealership back and spoke to Chuck Shearns; the service director. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered to lend a complimentary 2013 Honda Civic (which drove like a dream) from their Enterprise rental car service, I obliged. I didn't have to deal with any hidden fees either. They even cleaned up the inspection sticker that was already peeling off my windshield. The cost for this ordeal was much more than I expected, but I was definitely taken care of and treated well. Thank you! More
Excellent service I totaled my car and needed a new one quickly. I was able to find the car I wanted on line, call ahead and had a salesman waiting for me to help. Unfortunately, the title was not at the dealership and so I had to wait for it to arrive. In the meantime, the dealer gave me a loaner until it arrived. In the meantime, they discovered a scratch on the front quarter panel and they proactively got me another rental while they repaired it. All the while, I had the salesman texting me with updates. When I went to pick up the car, they threw in free all-weather mats for good measure. They were a pleasure to work with. Eric is a rock star salesman. More
