Eric at Bernardi Honda made my new car buying experience a pleasure. At Bernardi I was met at the door, Eric showed me a car and I was driving it within a few minutes. I loved the car at first drive, but did my due diligence and visited Toyota and even Subaru again (asking for a different Subaru salesperson this time). I was truly torn, between the Honda that I loved at first drive and Toyota that was fine in every rational way but just didn't capture me as much. Returning a few days later from vacation, I was in a position where I needed to make a decision with little time, so after work I placed a courtesy call to Bernardi Honda and to my Toyota rep and decided I'd get in my car and drive to one or the other to buy a car. Eric worked with me on price and financing, making it easy for me to buy the car I really loved. While Toyota was trying to be helpful as well, when they mentioned they might be able to throw in some floor mats they lost me. I was paying this much for a car and floor mats weren't included? Eric made everything easy. My car was dead?, no problem just return my plates online and he'd get me a new registration/plates. (Toyota rep was going to the manager to figure out how I could transfer my plates and wasn't sure it could be done in one day). He came to personally apologize when there was a delay getting to sit with the finance folks. He checked in by text with me a couple of times the next day, with progress reports on getting the plates. I showed up to pick up the car after work with it perfectly detailed and waiting for me. I had my appointment for my free 4 month oil change before leaving the lot. Eric synched my smartphone, loaded my contacts, and had my Mom and husband's numbers plugged into the speed dial through the bluetooth with voice activation recorded before I left the lot (I didn't even know it had that feature). I left the parking lot with my favorite Pandora radio station playing through my smartphone, and voice dialed my husband and Mom on the way home. I can't say enough about this dealership and about Eric. More
I have been watching the Bernardi Used Car site for some time for "the right" car: something that sat higher than my loved Accord. He was compassionate with the family situation and need and went above and beyond to make the buying experience smooth and successful. I have been more than pleased with my purchase, especially in the snowy driving conditions of this winter! More

We loved that, because in other instances we had salespeople calling us and even booking appointments without our consent. He gave us a whole overview on how to use the features in the new vehicle (we appreciated). He also helped with all RMV procedures. Quickest deal ever we chose the vehicle on Sunday and by Monday evening everything was all set to go. And the best of all we dropped off our trade in vehicle and drove home the new one on the scheduled time without any delays (great!). More

The process was quick, simple and pretty enjoyable. I picked out my car on a Saturday and drove it home the following Monday evening. Eric helped with everything from picking out the car, to financing, to finding the best insurance possible. He was honest and very laid back. Didn't pressure me into the sale, which was very refreshing. I will definitely be buying my next new car at Bernardi! More

They even provided me a ride back home, when I was trying to get a cab, before I had the car in my hand. They offered me the best price and everything got done in one place. I just had to pick the car up. It only took 3 days, that is also I had to hunt for new insurance. Definitely recommended. More

I went to Bernardi Honda of Natick on Christmas Eve to look at 2006 and 2007 Honda Accord sedans. (I went to Bernardi because I had in past years bought two Hondas at a large dealership "on the Automile look at 2006 and 2007 Honda Accord sedans. (I went to Bernardi because I had in past years bought two Hondas at a large dealership "on the Automile" and had found the sales manager there to be deceitful when he felt pretty sure he could get away with it.) I was assigned a salesman named Jim Sweeney, who, though having had work experience at other dealerships, was new to Bernardi. Jim was attentive to what I was looking for, and found just one vehicle in the dealership for me to test drive - though it was not yet in their system, he remembered it from when it was traded in just recently and remembered its details. After a test drive, we discussed price: the listed price was higher than I was willing to pay, and he went to one of the sales managers to get their lowest quote, pending the car's receiving a clean & problem-free safety check, which would be done the next business day.. I told him I was interested, would think about it till the safety check was done. I also asked that he let me know if anyone else was interested in buying it in the meanwhile. I wasn't able to get there the following business day, and in the meanwhile, Jim left me a message letting me know that someone was looking at the car, but added his assessment the the person was not close to buying it, and he'd let me know if the potential buyer's interest in this particular car escalated. I was pleased that he did as I had asked, but didn't use it as an opportunity to falsely put pressure on me by implying that a deal might be imminent. When I went to further check the car out, the dealership had no problem with my taken it to a mechanic for a thorough (1 hour plus) diagnostic. The car was in excellent condition, and the price with trade-in allowance that was finally agreed upon was a fair price for what I was getting. Jim was on top of the situation all the way, and kept checking in to make sure things were moving as they should. At the end, he helped transfer all the accumulated crud from the old car in to the new one. I really valued Jim's transparency: there was no question that what he was telling me was accurate, straightforward, and the honest truth. There was no BS, no pretending to be a pal - though he was genuinely both personable and personal - and I'd go to him in a minute if I ever needed to buy a car there in the future. More

There was a damage on car, they said they would fix it. But they didn't do well job. It was horrible. After three months, car's battery is dead, although they said it was charged, recently. Overall experience at Bernardi Honda was great. I had used a program offered by my credit union that assisted with finding and buying cars at dealerships. I had previously been to a few dealers on my own used a program offered by my credit union that assisted with finding and buying cars at dealerships. I had previously been to a few dealers on my own and was not happy with the salesmen chasing us. I showed up on a Saturday met with Eric Yngve test drove the vehicle and was very pleased with the whole process. On Thursday of the following week I was a proud owner of a Honda Pilot.Salesman Eric Yngve was very personable, patient and knowledgeable in sales as well as financing questions. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone! More
