When buying a used car from Bernardi, make 100% sure that all options and included items are actually part of the vehicle. I didn't and they refuse to make good on what was advertised vs. what I purchased. B all options and included items are actually part of the vehicle. Untrustworthy timesuck. I came For a 8 am appointment which I was told would take 1.5 hours. I finally was able to get my car at 2:15 pm. When I arrived I was schedule fo I came For a 8 am appointment which I was told would take 1.5 hours. I finally was able to get my car at 2:15 pm. When I arrived I was schedule for a 60,000 tuneup suddenly was told that I needed extra work on my car. The attendant said it was not done at 40,000 but the dealership said it was not a service needed. Someone was lying. Then I get a call 3.5 hours after dropping off my car saying there is another $500+ service needed. After 6 hours I was called and told that the oil hoses weren’t working so add more time. A whole day for a 1.5 hour service. The only redeeming factor was the lovely young woman who picked me up and shuttled me from my home back to the dealership. $1500 later after the website quoted me at roughly $500? I will never go back again. It perpetuates the stigma that dealerships are not to be trusted. Way to go! More
