I was coming in from out of town to purchase the vehicle. I already knew exactly which vehicle I wanted to purchase and already test drove the vehicle before coming in. Regardless, I still was expecting a typical unpleasant car purchasing experience, even if I had done most of the work beforehand. Thankfully I was wrong! It was very hassle free, the dealership stuck to the price I had negotiated, and it was an overall great experience. Jerry specifically was fantastic- very friendly and accommodating. He made it a very quick process overall (for instance, it was around 5:20 by the time we were done with all the paperwork, 20 minutes after I could have gotten my service sticker, but he went ahead and got it done, preventing me from having to come back to the dealership again the next day).
