I went for check engine light on. they detected it was failure of oxygen sensor. i was out of warranty by 2 days (3 year). At first they offered me free parts but i have to pay for service. But on my insistence sales person Manny was able to work with me and his manager to do it free. They definately will be my first choice for all car work Great service. I visited this dealer to buy a 2012 camry. First visit we did not agree on the price so I walked out, then the dealership called me twice in a day or two, and agreed to sell me the car at the price I was lo did not agree on the price so I walked out, then the dealership called me twice in a day or two, and agreed to sell me the car at the price I was looking for, so I went back to dealership that evening, then to my surprise they hiked the price by a grand $$$$$. How can they renege like this? Luckily it was not a long drive for me, so no inconvenience but still I am extremely perturbed and angry about this situation. Staff was not very friendly, and treated me as if they were doing me a favor by selling a car. Will never visit this dealer again and certainly not recommend it to anyone else, although this is my personal experience, but overall am absolutely dissatisfied with the whole experience. More

The dealer prepared the paper work and registered the vehicle (for a fee), but this was helpful, as there are many fewer Registry offices in MA. The salesman took the time to review all of the controls and answer my questions. More

service department is a rip off bought the extra care service did not cover the service ( engine burning oil) i did service at the dealer at 35k and got all my regularly scheduled oil changes at jiffy lu service did not cover the service ( engine burning oil) i did service at the dealer at 35k and got all my regularly scheduled oil changes at jiffy lube i noticed the car was burning oil at an unusual amount for such a new car i took it to them they changed the oil and told me to come back in a bout a thousand miles to check the oil level i came back they said it was fine a couple weeks later in about another 800 miles i brought the car back to them cause i noticed it was blowing smoke now i need a whole new engine on a 2008 rav4 73000 they told me they would charge me 600-800 to check to open the engine to diagnose the car now 2500$ to put car back together without even fixed since extra care warranty ( rip off) denied the claim would not recommend More

We lease our cars. This has been our second leasing experience at Bernardi Toyota in Framingham. On both occasions we worked with Ron Gamble. I bought my 2007 Nissan Sentra from Bernardi in December 2010. So far I couldn't be happier with the cars, and I have had no major issues with it. Brandon was great with everything all the way down to the 2010. So far I couldn't be happier with the cars, and I have had no major issues with it. Excellent deal on a great vehicle and they honored the online price mistake. I found my used vehicle (2009 VW Jetta Sportwagon SE) online at a great price and I inquired on the web to see if it was still online price mistake. I found my used vehicle (2009 VW Jetta Sportwagon SE) online at a great price and I inquired on the web to see if it was still available. I was contacted back within the hour by Brandon Keddy. He provided exceptional customer service and had the vehicle ready for us to test drive when we arrived at the dealership. We then took a test drive with Ron Gamble. Ron provided zero pressure, which was just what we wanted. When it came time to talk numbers, they would not budge on the internet price of $13,991 (we found out it was a mistake and the price was supposed to be $17,491). I usually wouldn't believe it was a mistake but I did realize it was a great price. We put down a deposit on the vehicle and they held it over the weekend for us. I also found a $500 off coupon on the website, and they honored that as well. I paid for the vehicle the following Monday morning and picked up the vehicle the next day. The only negative feedback was the Manager who went over the paperwork with me at the end, whose name was Rob. He rushed through all the paperwork, and did not carefully go over the numbers with me. This resulted in a $500 price mistake that was quickly fixed once I pointed it out. Maybe he rushed because the dealership made a mistake on the price and did not make as much profit as they wanted to, or maybe they even took a loss. Either way, I'm still a buyer and should be treated the same as any other. The next day I got the cold shoulder. When I picked up the vehicle, Rob and I made eye contact and he didn't say anything. I was right in front of him at the desk and he couldn't even say hi. The keys to the vehicle were hanging on the desk right next to him but he didn't pick them up for me, rather he paged the salesman Ron to come get the keys. Overall I would say the experience was a 4 out of 5 stars. More
