I interacted with a new sales person by the name of Pavel. He was a good listener and tried to answer any question or concerns I had to the best of his ability. I then interacted with Mr. Garcia (Miguel) who was the Used Car Manager. I had some verbal requests in which they were all addressed by him and eventually I picked up the car. On the same day of the pickup, I noticed an issue from driving on the highway which had not been noticed before, and again, Miguel was very proactive in listening to my concern and having the issue addressed. For this issue, the car was going have to stay for a couple of days and Mr. Garcia instantly made arrangements for my having a free car rental for the duration. Over-all, I have no apprehension of recommending this dealership to anyone interested in the purchase of a car, given my positive interaction with both the sales individual as well as his manager. These guys charged me $90 just to hook my car up to a diagnostic reader to begin discovering what was wrong with my car. Then they replaced my thermostat and charged me more than $200 for parts and labor, when what I needed was a new catalytic converter. After four visits to get my inspection sticker approved, I finally wound up going to Boch Toyota in Norwood. They immediately discovered the problem and fixed it for $700. I called Bernardi to find out how much they would have charged me and they said $1,400. On top of that experience, they tried to sell my son a car that they said was in perfect condition and had never been in an accident. I found a long crack along the underside of the body upon inspection, which the salesman brushed off as minor damage. We again ended up going to another dealership and were very satisfied. There ya go. Do not go to this dealership. More
Salesman was very cocky and disrespectful - didn't want to bother his sales managers with a number until I signed to a price that I was willing to pay. Told me that I would get 1.9% then said the sales manager overrode him and it was 1.9% for 36 months not the 60 that he quoted me. I had purchased extras to be installed the following week along with an inspection sticker. When I showed up for my appt. I was told that due to the impending snow storm they wouldn't be working??? I had to get very angry and speak with a service manager named Sal just to get an inspection sticker on my new vehicle - when I had mentioned to the service dept that it was illegal for me to drive the car without an inspection sticker I was told that it was my problem. When I went back the following week to finally have the extras installed, again, no appointment. I waited 30 minutes to speak with a manager or someone at the dealership that would take responsibility and finally left. The business manager called me and was very apologetic, blaming it on the salesman; she ended up bringing a rental to my house and taking my car back to have all extras installed. Michelle is definitely trying to make up for such a negative experience but I would never recommend this dealership. More

Sorry to say I did got Boch first and they played around with me for three weeks and then finally said no they could not help me, but before they gave my answer I got so mad that I applied on line to your company and I received a call with 20 minutes from your internet sal person Brandon Reddy and he said that your company could have me. And they did help me. I would like the following people to get some sort of reconaniton for their wouk. Here are the names: Al Salas Business Manager, Brandon Reddy Sales Consultant, Miguel Garcia Certified Used Car Manager, Michelle Poore Business Manager, and Jessica Miranda Sales Consultant.You have a wonderful team of employees and I hope they are told about my whole tranaction that was conductored at you dealer ship. I will be comming back in a year to trade up to a pre certified car next and a year latler I will be getting a new car thanks to your team on helping me rebuild my credit so I am able to do this and hopefully use the same bank Chase. I had a very nice experience at Bernardi! My salesperson Miqual was so proffesional and personable that he made searching for a care easy and enjoyable. I would go back to Bernardi in a heartbeat! I had the best experience I have ever had purchasing anything on my own at the Bernardi Toyota Scion dealership. From my initial phone call with the internet salesman, to walking into the dealership and anything on my own at the Bernardi Toyota Scion dealership. From my initial phone call with the internet salesman, to walking into the dealership and being greeted by a very warm and friendly receptionist, to the night I brought my three-year-old little girl in to pick up my new car, I was sporting a smile and beaming with pride. As a single mother I felt that my needs were understood, and met, better than I could have hoped for. Artie Johnson is a wonderful person, and a great salesman. It's clear that he cares about the people that work with him, and takes time to listen to his customer's needs, and does not push his customers into something they do not want. This is something I've not found at other dealerships and it was a refreshing change. He was great at answering any question I had, and we had really nice conversations throughout the test drives and during the whole process during the four hours I was there. Artie was a very big part in me purchasing my car with this dealership. Even when my little girl came in with me, he was kind to her and remembered her name. That blew me away as I'm sure that salespeople work with many customers during the week, let alone the end of the year during the busiest of sales times. Al Salas was equally as kind and I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with him during the paper signing process. He made sure that everything was taken care of with my trade in, and that I was comfortable with every document that I was signing. These two gentleman put me at ease and truly made me feel like I was understood and that they were working hard to get me an amazing deal on my new Toytota Matrix. On behalf of my little girl who loves her momma's new car, and will be very safe riding in it, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have and will continue to recommend these two gentlemen, and the Bernardi dealership to my friends and family. More

Marcos greeted me at the door with a smile on his face. He was cordial and understanding throughout the entire negotiatios process of my "leasing" a 2010 Corolla LE. More importantly he expedited the delivery process of the vehicle in less than 2 hours so that I could drive the vehicle away. Before doing so, he explained all that I needed to know about the vehicle's operation and features from under the hood to inside the trunk. I will certainly ask for Marcos Torres when I return to Bernardi Toyota Scion to purchase a pick up truck sometime in the future. More

Bernardi Toyota went out of their way to work with us to meet our needs. Even when we thought we wouldn't find what we were looking for among the used inventory, and were planning on moving onto a differen meet our needs. Even when we thought we wouldn't find what we were looking for among the used inventory, and were planning on moving onto a different dealership, Bernardi continued to try to work with us. We ended up not only buying at Bernardi but buying a brand new car! We honestly didn't think we'd be able to afford a brand-new car at this point in our life! We were thrilled with how willing they were to work with the price, and the 0.9% financing is phenomenal! Bruno was a great salesman and we enjoyed working with him. He worked really hard (but not annoyingly so) to make a sale, and he made us feel as if he truly cared about making sure we left happy. After spending a little bit of time with him, I found myself liking him so much I was actually more inclined to buy a car just so he could make the sale! Also, the man we worked with to finalize the financial aspects of the sale was very helpful and friendly. He made us feel very comfortable and put us at ease with what can be a very anxiety-inducing process. The dealership and its employees were very accommodating to our little boy, and made shopping with a two-year old very easy! The kids' room is a great idea, and it made us much less stressed than we would have been at another dealership! The actual dealership itself is very clean and a great shopping atmosphere! I will certainly recommend Bernardi to others! More
