I got my 2005 toyota corolla to bernardi toyota for a mini service and they told me that there was a leakage in my car's power steering line and it needed to be replaced. They asked me to make an appointment when I was ready and bring in the vehicle for repairs. I called up a few days later and made an appointment for the work. Took my vehicle to the dealership on the appointment time and was told that my car will be all set in 4 hours. I left the car and went back. About 3.5 hours later, the supervisor called me to tell me that they do not have the parts. Though this dint go as well but the dealership was very good in reacting to this and they explained to me the changes they were putting into the process to see that this is not repeated. They offered me a free rental for the period when they had my car back for work and also offered me a great discount. More

My car "died" in my driveway after returning home from work. I called Bernardi Service and then AAA to have my car towed in to be diagnosed. It turned out to be the starter and a valve vacuum home from work. I called Bernardi Service and then AAA to have my car towed in to be diagnosed. It turned out to be the starter and a valve vacuum switch (?) I received excellent service over the phone when I initially called. The next morning, I received a call from Todd Downes at 8:30am with the diagnosis and again at 11:00 to tell me the car was ready. The service was prompt and Todd was very courteous and thoroughly explained what was going on. It was a pleasure to work with him. Other than the cost (YIKES!!!) I was totally satisfied with my experience. More

I got a recall notice in the mail about an ECM issue with my 2008 Toyota Corolla, so I scheduled an appointment to get it repaired at Bernardi Toyota. My service advisor (Erin) was friendly, knowledgeable, my 2008 Toyota Corolla, so I scheduled an appointment to get it repaired at Bernardi Toyota. My service advisor (Erin) was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful -- but not pushy about trying to sell additional services, which is a refreshing change from many dealers. The waiting area was comfortable and they had coffee, internet, and HDTV. The repair was completed within an hour, even on a Saturday morning, which I imagine is a busy time. They also provided a complimentary car wash. A very quick and smooth experience! More
I got several quotes from other dealers for 2011 Camry LE. One quote is $204xx from another dealer. I stopped by Bernardi and test drive a car with 143 miles, at the same time somebody checked my 1998 Cam LE. One quote is $204xx from another dealer. I stopped by Bernardi and test drive a car with 143 miles, at the same time somebody checked my 1998 Camry for trade-in value. After all these done, negotiation started, the saleperson brought up a price of $214xx for the 143 miles new car, the trade-in value is much below KBB value. I said: show me your best price, tell me you are willing to compete with other dealers. That guy dare not to answer me these questions and just want to push me sign. Eventually the manager came out, said: this is invoice price, we can't go below $214xx, blahblah. I had to show the $204xx quote again, they just didn't want to look at the quote. I visited so many delaer, this is the only one who had no any aggresivenese and gut to compete price, they just want to fool around and survive by cheating and lying. More
