After looking a several other dealers, we came back to Bernardi, and John tied up the deal quickly and within half a day we had our car. I would recommend John and Bernardi to others. More

Initially all of my business was conducted over the phone since I was traveling. They had to locate the car I really wanted, and even though it was difficult to find the exact color, they did! And in a very short amount of time. One I got there, they were opening the door for me, serving beverages, and being about the friendliest folks I've ever met at a dealership. The four people who stuck out the most for me were John at the front desk - super friendly, Jess who opened the door for me several times and was a great liaison, Michelle who put all the documentation together very quickly and explained things thoroughly, and finally Josh, who saw me thought from beginning to end in the friendliest, most efficient manner I've ever seen.
