We contacted Dan and scheduled an appointment to look at the Venza. Dan was extremely helpful and professional again and helped us with the selection process by showing us all the different models and options and comparing and contrasting all the features and figuring out what is important to us. He was very product-knowledgeable and I felt comfortable I was getting a good car and a good deal. The sales manager William Phillips was great too. He made me feel appreciated as a returning customer. During the financing process we dealt with Nancy who helped us come up with a monthly payment within our budget. I was happy with her work as well. After I signed the contract, Dan commnicated very effectively with me over the next few days and let me know the status and when the car would be ready for pick up. It took a few days to get everything squared away but due to his calls and messages I was not worried at all. Overall, I am one very happy customer. I was treated well and felt appreciated.
