Overall… I’m pleased with Bernardi Toyota. As a “regular” customer, I would like to see your service department coordinate your discount coupons (mostly oil change coupons) by tracking my mil As a “regular” customer, I would like to see your service department coordinate your discount coupons (mostly oil change coupons) by tracking my mileage history in anticipation of my next oil change. For instance… I received a “Thanksgiving” coupon for a synthetic oil change for $20.21 ! Fantastic, however I still had close to 4,000 miles left on my window sticker before my next change! I just had my inspection sticker renewed this morning and have a little over 1,000 miles before I reach my window sticker reminder. I asked my service consultant if there were any active coupons available for an oil change. He wasn’t helpful. Honestly… a synthetic oil change costing OVER $100 is not a bargain or a way to endear me as a loyal Bernardi customer. More
