Scheduled a visit for a recall and confirmed before the visit that all parts were there. Took the day off and when I got there was told the parts would not be in until the next Tuesday and made another app visit that all parts were there. Call on Tuesday to confirm and told parts were backordered. another agent called on wednesday to confirm my appointment. I explained what i was told and they were going to check and get back to me but never heard back. Received appointment reminder the night before and I questioned it again with no response. Received a "missed" appointment the day after the appointment. Called and said still on backorder. The next day got another call saying the parts were in. Made another appointment and hopefully it will be taken care of and only have to take 2 days off. The service dept. does not seem to be communicating amongst themselves and need to be better organized. More

My experience at Bernardi Toyota was great. When I arrived I already knew the car I wanted and had previously done a test drive. I stopped in to see if they had a new 2021 RAV4 Prime and they did. My timing was amazing because most dealers sell them immediately before they arrive on the lot. Bernardi had one Prime left on its way to them that had not yet been sold. It was the model and color I wanted. I was happy with the sales people I worked with. They were friendly and professional. More

Bernardi Toyota was a great experience. I had started my shopping at another Toyota dealership, but ended up closing the deal at Bernardi. Everyone is nice, they look they like to work in there. And Travor shopping at another Toyota dealership, but ended up closing the deal at Bernardi. Everyone is nice, they look they like to work in there. And Travor Loring, my seller man, made the experience fun and with zero stress! I highly recommend this place and Travor. More
Over $200 to replace a single Tire Pressure Monitor sensor with a dead button battery. Ridiculous. Set of 4 OEM sensors on-line can be purchase for less than $100. Replacing a TPMS should be no more sensor with a dead button battery. Ridiculous. Set of 4 OEM sensors on-line can be purchase for less than $100. Replacing a TPMS should be no more difficult than replacing a valve stem and rebalancing the tire, should be no more than $30 per tire. This is precisely why people do not like having their cars serviced at dealerships!!!. Very unlikely to give my business and money to Bernardi Toyota ever again. Not to mention the service specialist trying to tell me the sensor failed due to corrosion inside the tire. Clearly she had never seen a sealed TPM sensor before. More
