An absolute fraud. Went to get a trailer hitch installed on my wife’s Rav4. Rep gave an estimate based on number of hours (4hrs plus minus an hour or two). They got it done in 2:45 but charged me for 4 hour on my wife’s Rav4. Rep gave an estimate based on number of hours (4hrs plus minus an hour or two). Very expensive-it would have cost $147 just for them to look at my car. And the issue I wanted them to look at/fix stems from something that happened when it was manufactured and is of no fault of the owne look at my car. I told them not to bother because I will bring it to a private garage for at least half the price. I appreciate them performing a recall on my car while they had it, but the customer attendant laughed at me for some reason as I picked up my keys, which was unprofessional and made me feel very disrespected. I will not be back. More

Outstanding work and customer service! Both of our cars (Toyota Camry and Honda Accord) were due their state inspections, and Bernardi offered valet pick-up and return service. The Camry work went smoothly (Toyota Camry and Honda Accord) were due their state inspections, and Bernardi offered valet pick-up and return service. The Camry work went smoothly, on time and no issues. Not so with the leased Accord - unknown to us, its registration had lapsed. Matt and Joanne at Bernardi worked with us, keeping the car an extra day so we could resolve the problem on line with the RMV. It was valeted back to us this morning with its new inspection sticker in place. More
