Today I received top notch Service at Beradi Toyota, Framingham. Special thanks to Phil and Dominic! I had a mysterious stain on my headliner and because of the stain's proximity to the side curtain airbag I called Beradi and had an appointment the very next day. It wasn't the airbag after all it was that a mouse had taken up residence and was using my car's ceiling as a bathroom!! Phil quickly got the area cleaned and disinfected and put the parts of the car door and headliner back together in no time. I was very impressed with today's service, as I am every time I bring my Rav4 to Beradi. The staff is professional helpful and friendly. I feel appreciated as a long time customer. I always wait for my car because a comfortable waiting area is provided with wifi access, refreshments, restrooms and cable tv. I will always return to Beradi for my car maintenance and repairs.
