The customer service was top notch, my service advisor Philip Mariani went above and beyond in terms of helping me and communicating everything to me. I particularly liked the video that Philip sent me of my car showing everything that was good as well as the few things that needed attention. The waiting area/lounge was clean and comfortable as well as stocked with complimentary water. Also Makayla at the in house Enterprise Rent a Car was helpful and courteous in assisting with getting me set up in a rental. My friend lost the key to her Prius. I called Bernardi Toyota and was connected to Albin to inquire what she would need to do to have a new key made. He was extremely helpful to us explaining the car need Toyota and was connected to Albin to inquire what she would need to do to have a new key made. He was extremely helpful to us explaining the car needed to be towed, explained it would take around 24 hrs to have a new key made and explained the approximate cost involved. My friend was nervous and anxious about not having a vehicle for that long a period of time. Albin assisted her with obtaining a loaner vehicle. My friend Libby was delighted she would have a car as she is having a special family dinner on Sat. Albin could not have been more patient, informative, professional and kind to us.
