I visited recently Bernardi Toyota in Framingham, and I had great experience there - the service department representative Carlos Soto made my visit easy and pleasant. He had answers for my any questions, and I felt like my car is in a good reliable hands, and it will run even better after service provided. I will definitely go back to Framingham again for the next service, and I hope next time Carlos will be on duty again.
