We were pleasantly surprised with the service and care we received at Bernardi. John Dowden, the Service Manager, personally handled the issues, kept us informed of what was happening and what they found. Our experience was everything you would like to get from a dealership when you bring a car in for service. Communication was excellent, but most of all, we appreciated the honesty about the situation. We will drive the few extra miles to come here. More
