I came in late afternoon on a busy day and I did realize that he had had a long day. However, he walked me through the options that he think would be a good fit for me after carefully listening to my requirements. He then nicely let me test drive all the cars that I considered, during which he explained the difference between the model. Unlike other salespersons that I have worked with, I did not feel the hassle to buy when working with Guil, for example, he did not ask for any kind of commitment to run a credit check. I ended up with a model that I really liked, and was excited enough to not realize it didn't come with floormats. I called Guil up and the problem was solved quickly and nicely --- his manager offered me free floormats. Overall, my experience with Bernadi Toyota was great. More

I wish the Prius had more of the features I valued in a car of that price range. He was funny, happy and really seemed to enjoy talking about his dealership and Toyota. I really felt like he wanted my business. Even when I had a lower price quote, Harvey made sure to get me the best pricing before I walked in the door. Bobby Chan was my sales rep who took over for Harvey. I have never met a man so patient. I admit my wife and I had lots of questions about the 2014 4Runner but Bobby answered every one. This was even his day off and I could tell his work ethic was second to none.
