New RAV4 - not from you! I went there last week to buy a new car. Once I got there I was measured by what I was dressing and was treated like crap! I explained that I was considering a Yaris, a Prius and a RAV4. The first salesman passed me to someone else (probably because he was too special to deal with a guy like me) and the second salesman said something like "this one is out of your range". What? My range?!? What do you know about me?!? Well, at the end, I went to the Westboro Toyota dealer where I was treated like I should and closed the deal cash in a RAV4 Limited 2014. You guys are too arrogant to have me as customer! I rather go to a place that values the customer and not how he/she looks! More

He was knowledgeable on the cars and their options, worked with me on the nasty money part, and within a few hours I was rolling out with the perfect new car. He coordinated the registration and inspection process for me too which made the whole thing even easier. I'm sure that there are others at the dealership who may be as helpful, and undoubtedly he was supported by many others to give me the good experience I had, but my experience was with him and I'm glad it was.
