He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked hard to negotiate a good deal for me and I was satisfied that I had a car that was what I wanted at a fair price. He coordinated the registration and inspection process for me too which made the whole thing even easier. I'm sure that there are others at the dealership who may be as helpful, and undoubtedly he was supported by many others to give me the good experience I had, but my experience was with him and I'm glad it was. My sales rep Felipe Amabile was very professional and knowledgeable. I do also appreciate the willingness of the sales manager Savanh Insisiengmay to meet our needs. He worked with us and with a smile. And so did Briana the finance manager who took her time to go over some insurance products. The whole crew was very friendly yet professional and that made our experience a very pleasant one. My sister is very happy with her Highlander, but even happier with the overall sales experience. I would recommend Bernardi but especially Savanh, Felipe and Briana to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. More

Felipe Rocks!!! I needed a new car in the worst way and didn't have the best credit rating in the world. In fact, I only went to the Toyota Dealership to prove a poin I needed a new car in the worst way and didn't have the best credit rating in the world. In fact, I only went to the Toyota Dealership to prove a point that my credit was so bad that I couldn't lease a car. Then I met Felipe and everything changed! Even with my credit being in poor shape, he was considerate and extremely helpful. He was able to work with me and the bank and I was approved to lease a brand new 2014 Toyota Camry! I had no idea when I entered that dealership that I would walk out the owner of a new car but Felipe was able to pull it off. He didn't make me feel pressured in any way but wanted me to have this car just as much as I wanted it and worked with me until we reached an acceptable agreement that worked out financially for me. Felipe is a wonderful sales person and knows his stuff. I test drove a couple cars and then fell in love with the car I am driving now. Everyone at the Dealership was wonderful. The place was clean and they even had a waiting area inside that offered coffee, juice and snacks. I recommend Bernardi Toyota to everyone that asks me about my new car and I tell them to specifically ask for Felipe if they want the best service and no pressure. I have not had a new car in over 30 years and now I do thanks to Felipe - I was so fortunate and lucky to have had him be the one I walked up to when I entered the dealership. I felt like I had won the lottery!!!! If you are looking to buy or lease a car with the best possible servie around then I would scream if from the top of the highest building that Bernardi Toyota is the place to go and Felipe is the man that will make it happen.
