We walked into Bernardi Toyota on a day on which we had two other dealers to visit, as we were looking for a used Venza. He is not only persuasive but customer friendly. When we had to provide a deposit earlier than the Finance Manager said, he personally came to our home to pick up the check. He has consistently made sure that should we need anything or have questions, we should call him. And when we do, he has provided the same customer friendly assistance. When I came to Bernardi in late December 2012, I was in the market for a new car. Bernardi was the first place I visited. It was my luck to be assigned Arquimedes "Ark" Rocha as the salesperson. In the end, I bought my new plug-in Prius at Bernardi and didn't visit another dealership. I priced the vehicle I bought on line and found the bottom line price was fair. When I went to pick up my new car, Ark very patiently explained everything I needed to know to get the most out of my car, including hooking up the blue tooth connection between my phone and the car. Over the last year I have been to Bernardi a few times for regular service and inspection. It is easy to get an appointment, the service people are helpful and explain things clearly, and the service is done promptly while I have waited.
