Everyone in service is so friendly and easy to deal with. I have to say I have dealt mostly with Chis and he such a nice guy, knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. If he doesn't know the answer, he goes out of his way to find it and get back to me. With past vehicles, I never used the dealer for service unless it was a must. Your service dept. is so easy to deal with and pricing is pretty competitive with other mechanics in the area. Very convenient for me. The only draw back is that you no longer have loaner cars. This is a very big disappointment. This service topped off your awesome repair department!! I don't like spending money for a rental car when I will be spending money on the service preformed on my own Volvo. Hope this loaner program gets reinstated at some point. Thanks! More
