I brought my Xc60 in for 30k service and it was a quick and easy drop off. I also was able to get a free loaner which was very nice. I brought my vehicle in for its 60k maintenance service. It took a couple of days for the part to arrive but I was not inconvenienced because I had the courtesy car. Mike, the service manager, spoke at length with the handicapped car technician before I brought it in and had the technicians fully investigating the issue for hours -literally. Mike figured out the most likely problem and repaired it. He kept me updated all day as to what was going on. It is this type of competent and professional service that I truly value. More
