Bought 2013 Audi A6 Easy Transaction - Great Service I dreaded going to buy another car but wanted an Audi - found this beautiful Audi A6 at Volvo of Wellesley. I met John - we spoke - he gave me the run I dreaded going to buy another car but wanted an Audi - found this beautiful Audi A6 at Volvo of Wellesley. I met John - we spoke - he gave me the rundown on the car. We took it for a test ride and worked with me on the deal. He was a joy to work with. Nice easy atmosphere - excellent dealer personnel and very good financial department. They did not push anything on me I didn't want. I purchased the tire and wheel warranty because of the state of roads in Massachusetts. Otherwise - no pressure for anything else. I even recommended the dealer to my sons. You can trust your purchase at Volvo of WEllesley I found our new car on-line. Skeptical, I emailed Volvo Wellesley and quickly received a welcoming and friendly response which inspired confidence. I found our new car on-line. Skeptical, I emailed Volvo Wellesley and quickly received a welcoming and friendly response which inspired confidence. So I made an appointment to visit the dealership and check out the car. Josh was our guy. WOW! What a rock star. We shared a Dunkin' Donuts coffee, went for our test drive and bought the car. There were two other appointments to test drive the car that day. But, we were the first to make the appointment. (Go early!) Josh set us up with the our finance friend and off we went. We are in RI; so, extra arrangements had to be made. Everything was smooth and easy. We LOVE our new car, and when we are looking to buy again in the next century (HA HA) Volvo of Wellesley will be our first stop. Thanks, Josh. You're The Man! More

Paul t. was going to send an agreement and a deposit form to hold the car. Vadim the sales manager called and we discussed the out of state purchase, along with the logistics of getting temp tags or shipping the car. I NEVER got the purchase agreement saturday and tried calling. I proceeded on good faith to get temp tags , make flight arrangements and set up insurance. Monday they finally called back and told me they sold the car to someone else. Be hesitate about any information Paul T or Vadim provide to you. They each blamed the other for the problem. More

Unscrupulous delaer makes false promises I have purchased over a dozen brand new or near new cars in my life and never once have I had to pay to have the car inspected. Imaging paying $35k fo I have purchased over a dozen brand new or near new cars in my life and never once have I had to pay to have the car inspected. Imaging paying $35k for a certified XC60 Volvo suv and promised reimbursement for the $35 inspection fee. Never came. I left several messages for the salesman who assured me it would be taken care of, to no avail. It's a small sum of money, but it goes to credibility. Worse still, is we inquired if the car was previously owned by a smoker and were assure, "It's total creampuff. Never been smoked in". Four months later, turn on the A/C and the smell is unmistakable. From the hard sell tactics of the sales manager, to the broken promises, avoid this dealership at all costs. More

From our initial contact with Alfonso Romano, it was a very positive experience. Barbara Goodman, our Sales Consultant, is very knowledgeable and extremely enjoyable to work with. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle, but we did. It was just as advertised and exactly what we had been looking for. Steve Page is equally as knowledgeable. He reviewed the various programs we might be interested in, but again there was no pressure to purchase anything additional. We really liked the no pretense, no pressure attitude of the dealership and would definitely return. The car was delivered to us in NH within the week. More
