Josh welcomed me as I entered the dealership and on the spot after a test drive I bought an XC60 and left the dealership. He was professional, very informative, not pushy at all. The followup and the car delivery were equally impressive. It is relevant to disclose that I had 3 Volvo’s in the past, 2 of which were from this dealership. John went over the cars I had narrowed to look at, asked some questions and I was down to three. He picked the CPO one and said he would get the keys. I couldn't find anything wrong with the car. It was clean, smelled clean and drove perfectly. It was a busy sales day so I did have to wait about 30 minutes to do the financing and I own a CPO V60. I'm writing this about a month later and absolutely love my new V60. More
