He treated me with respect and courtesy, and most importantly, with great patience! I am a slight technophobe and the Volvo is a computer on wheels. He stayed until nearly 9:30PM in the evening to conclude the sale; he went over the intricacies of the vehicle with a teacher's touch and sensitivity that allowed me to feel comfortable with the vehicle. This was no easy task! He wrestled with a reluctant kayak system until it was off my old car; he arranged to meet me subsequently to deliver items I left inadvertently in the old car. He offered to provide tutorials. All this beyond the call of usual duty. A very fine, articulate and very thorough person. You should be very pleased to have him as a employee! Bought a 2012 Vovlo SC-70 from Lee Volvo and I love this car. Because we had bought our previous four Volvos from Lee they gave us a coupon book for various types of free service. The coupons are supposed t car. Because we had bought our previous four Volvos from Lee they gave us a coupon book for various types of free service. The coupons are supposed to be good for as long as we own the car. Today when the car was brought in and we tried to use the coupon for a free Inspection sticker, Marcus said Wellesley Volvo won't honor the Lee Volvo coupon book for loyal Lee Volvo customers. I guess he sees them as two different groups. There are closer Volvo dealerships near us. We always used Lee because we really liked them and they always treated us so well. Looks like a new regime is in town and not one that values customer loyalty. More

And Lee Volvo came to our attention this last week as we needed some work done or possibly purchasing a new Volvo. Lee's employees presented honesty and sincerity in both sales and service departments. Robert Fish was the sales rep who spent a good 2 hours with us trying to really help us find the best deal; at the same time, Dana Lee, from service was trying to figure out the work needs to be done with exceptional customer service. We ended up paying $250 fixing a small problem and have decided that we will return to Lee for service and sales (if we need a new vehicle) I don't want to spend too much time on negative comments about other dealers but I would definitely just recommend Lee Volvo in the greater Boston area. To top it off, after the purchase of our car, Leo has continued to be incredibly responsive in helping us to customize our car to our needs. I am a meticulous buyer and made sure everything I wanted was in the contract. However, before I picked up the car, they were unable to find a second key, something I should have ensured was in writing. They cut and programmed a new key for me without any questions. They were under no obligation to do that, so I was impressed. Car was nicely detailed when I picked it up. Very happy with the experience and the car. More
