Alfonso took the lead and made sure that every one of my needs were immediately acknowledged via text, phone call, email, and face to face communication. And subsequently satisfied and resolved them most expeditiously and efficiently. Let me be clear in saying that there was not one problem that came from their end. I did not wait for even one minute at any time that I was there. Alfonso went exceedingly over and above what was required of him. For just one of many examples, he picked me up from the airport, in his own car, which saved me a $50 Uber Ride! He was waiting at the curb when I arrived. Incidental, I was very impressed by his new Volvo XC90. Volvo has come a long way from just being an economical and safe family car company. That thing has over 300hp and rides like a sports sedan. I bought a Gently used 2012 Hyundai Equus here and the price was the lowest in the entire country for a comparable vehicle at the time I purchased it. I know this because I scoured the internet and made countless phone calls over a 4 week period to find exactly what I wanted at what I thought was an impossibly low price. The car was exactly as described. The car was spotless inside and out and it looked and smelled like a brand new car. They gave me a a great warranty at NO COST, covering all major systems in the car . This is giving me great peace of mind while I am putting my first miles on the car The other person that stood out to me is Alvero. He accompanied me on the test drive and was very helpful in to many ways to list here. I will say that he also drove me over 2 hours out of his way in his own car without batting an eye. Alvero was a pleasure to be around and obviously takes pride in his hard work. I have such a great feeling after making this major purchase because these people actually care about my success and well being.
