Paul didn't try to talk me into a car I couldn't afford but listened very carefully to my criteria and clearly responded to all my questions and concerns. He not only explained all my different options, but did so taking into account my situation and preferences. It was great taking the cars out for a test drive - I at no point felt uncomfortable or nervous but could enjoy the car and the experience because I was accompanied by this competent and friendly salesman. I never felt pressured into making a decision and was treated with great respect and friendliness at all times. I bought a great pre-owned volvo wagon at a great price and look forward to taking it back to Lee Volvo for service because I know I can trust the people there - and they're fun to talk to, which is a welcome bonus! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car. More

The communication/ follow-up I received from Kial Conway was terrific! I have been in contact with several other dealerships and the communication has been beyond poor. As a matter of fact, it felt like I bought a car rather than feeling like I was sold a car. And the price beat everyone in the area with no need for haggling. This really is a different kind of dealership with a family feel to it. I mean, when was the last time the General Manager of the dealership came over to shake your hand and have a conversation when you last bought a car? My wife and I visited a number of dealers when we were still uncertain of which model we were going to buy. We ultimately did not get a Volvo, but I was very impressed with the way the Internet Salerspers still uncertain of which model we were going to buy. We ultimately did not get a Volvo, but I was very impressed with the way the Internet Salersperson dealth with me, and then salesperson Fred Stoudemire when I visited the showroom. Fred did not resort to any of the typical shenangians other dealers do. They let us test drive the car without doing that trick of making a copy of our licenses and then running a credit check while they kept us busy in the showroom. Fred just simply explained the features of the car and answered our questions. Never were we asked, "What can I do to get you to buy this car?" We visited another dealer that same day, and while that dealership told us, "We don't play the usual games," they did anyway, so it was refreshing to deal with a professional like Fred. More

I spoke to Becca in reception and I must say this woman is delightful. What a friendly and helpful attitude she possesses. Surely a great asset to her the dealership. She makes a great first impression since most clients speak to her first. I also would like to comment on my positive and helpful interactions with Mark, the Service Advisor who has always been very personable and helpful. He too is a great asset to the dealership. Last but not least, I would like to mention Kenny and Carlos for their friendliness and service and I hope anyone who needs to use Lee Volvo's service department has just as pleasurable an experience.
