The Service Manager says "Nissan only sends us the car and we sell and fix them that is it!" We've bought new cars in other Dealerships and never had this bad service like this one! Finance Dep is the worst. I wouldn't recommend them. Even if you have great credit and Down payment. They use the wait trick and make you wait for hours. I don't understand. We had a really bad experience with service. After buying our 3rd Nissan in the last 6 years, we were told we would get leather seats on our Altima.
