Bert Smith BMW

I would not do business with Bert Smith BMW for two reasons. My son bought a new very expensive car there. He had the car for one week and the transmission went bad. The way this dealership treated hi reasons. My son bought a new very expensive car there. He had the car for one week and the transmission went bad. The way this dealership treated him was like they didn't care. Today, I went to drop my M8 off for servicing. They couldn't find my name in their system. This was my fault but they had an opening at 8:30 the next day, I said great. then the service guy went to speak with his manager for some unknown reason. He comes back and says you'll haver to wait 30 minutes and then there is some paperwork you'll need to fill out and sign. I said what, for, an oil change. I have to fill out paperwork. I said why don't you fill out the paperwork and I'll sign it tomorrow when I pick the car up or I can leave the car and you can electronically send mw the paperwork and I'll sign it and email it back. He says no you have to wait. I said I'm not waiting and left. Also, as an FYI, I'll most likely buy a new BMW within the next 2 weeks and it won't be from BERT SMITH. The service manager needs to find a new job. He's definitely not a people person and he definitely didn't care about me or my business. More

I have been going to Bert Smith for service on my BMW's for going on 30 years. More often than not the problem was not as bad as I had thought and they always stand behind their work. And Senior Service Ad for going on 30 years. More often than not the problem was not as bad as I had thought and they always stand behind their work. And Senior Service Advisor Natalie has been wonderful to work with for much of this time. You don't have to worry about anything because she will get it done right. More
