The excellent and professional service I received from Juan Aviles was phenomenal! I express to him the issues that I was experiencing with the new control module they replaced in September. They have a great shuttle service and if the repairs take longer than two days, they offer the convenience of a loaner car. However I was little bummed out about not receiving the service video, but Juan gave a great explanation for that, and I understood why. More
