I recently bought a BMW from Bert Smith, everyone there was really fantastic...the sales person I worked with, Caesar Chamma was awesome! I came in to have my leased 2017 BMW X3 serviced, and left 3 hours later with the 2020 model. It really wasn't completely unintentional. Andrej Dordevic After spending hours dealing with the sale of my vehicle and thinking that the car was Pre Own Certified, it came to light that at the table to sign all the papers, the vehicle was not certified and even, so they did not give me another alternative to wasting all the time I was in the place and going home. And without the car. This was the most significant disappointing day of buying a car. I was so excited, and they were hiding the real truth to me. Mr. Bobby Haines told me he was sorry, but there was nothing he could do. Two days have passed, and the car is still on the web page as Pre Own Certified. Mr. Bobby Haines, as General Sales Manager, left me hopeless, and I regret that he wasted my time and the seller. As a professional, he really fails me, and I hope that whoever buys it does not sign the papers thinking that they are taking a certified car home when it is not. I really would like to buy this car.
