Our new X7 We are very pleased with our brand new X7. We had previously picked out a vehicle down the street at another dealer but realized the X7 just came out. We are very pleased with our brand new X7. We had previously picked out a vehicle down the street at another dealer but realized the X7 just came out. Luckily we called and spoke to Keith Sanders and there was 1 at the dealer that someone had ordered and changed their mind on. We test drove it and decided we liked it better than the other vehicle we were planning to buy. Keith was great, we felt no pressure from him. He definitely helped us to make a great decision More

BMW Service at Bert Smith I have been to Bert Smith for Service intervals on a few occasions thus far. Each and every time I was scheduled for service, Evan was the Service Adv I have been to Bert Smith for Service intervals on a few occasions thus far. Each and every time I was scheduled for service, Evan was the Service Advisor and I think he does an awesome job. Because of him, there is no doubt in my mind that if/when I decide to get another BMW , I would not hesitate to purchase it from Bert Smith. In summary, Evan represents Bert Smith, and, BMW overaall, superbly. He brings with him the quality and professionalism, Customers expect from a high end Dealership. More
Only use them as needed for warranty service Not good at all. 100% of the time I have taken my car into service it has taken longer than expected. Usually is a multi day event. Outside of warrant Not good at all. 100% of the time I have taken my car into service it has taken longer than expected. Usually is a multi day event. Outside of warranty work where you must use a dealer, there are better more reliable or dependable options at a much lower price. No problem with sales team but the service department is horrible. Over years I have had mutiple service advisors so don’t see this as an advisor issue but more of a service managment problem. More

When I came in today to be serviced, the Advisor Corey spoke down to me sta Today I was treated so rudely by Bert Smith BMW Who else has this issue? When I came in today to be serviced, the Advisor Corey spoke down to me stating I missed my 7am appointment. (Confused) I informed Corey I never made an appointment, we had previously discussed I was just dropping off the Vehicle before I went to work.( I called several times and was sent to voice mail repeatedly throughout the week prior to having the vehicle service today and not one person returned my calls.) Finally after 16 tries I get a man by the name of Corey on the line. I informed Corey i would be bringing my car in today to drop it off and I would be in need of a service loaner vehicle scence they would be keeping my car for a few days. Corey explained that they would need the vehicle for a few days so I would receive a loaner when I came in. Now given that I was coming in to drop off the vehicle I never made an appointment. (Flash to today) I come in to drop off the vehicle and Corey states: I have no loaner car for you. You missed you appointment it was set for 7am. When I replied we never set an appointment up cuz I was dropping off the car. Corey then laughed in my face and to the other guys making a show and said "what do you want me to do about it. I made you an appointment for 7am, hours ago and you missed it what you want from me?"( Now I'm getting aggravated) so I stated to Corey, I didnt like the way he was talking to me and he states," well make your appointment then"after that I said to Corey ok I will speak to your boss now scence you wanna be a smart xxx to me. So when I walk over to speak to another employee to retrieve the boss Corey then raises his voice and tried to embarrass me infront of other customers. I says I do not want to speak to you I will speak to your boss. (After speaking to his boss first before me) this man comes out and immediately tells me we have no car for you. You need to reschedule. (Now. My car wont drive over 20mph) so with that being said I informed the man I was not happy about being spoken to in a demeaning manner by his employee. (He dosnt apologize to me for the behavior or even try to make up for it he just starts to have an attitude with me infront of customer) then he storms off leaving me wondering what to do now. So I go to his office and say I cannot drive my car and I know you have to have another car I can use. The man then brings the advisor in the room and they both begin sculding me about missing an appointment I never set up in the first place. I was just supposed to drop off my car before work. No appointment was needed. That was what I was told yesterday. So now I was livid after being spoken to like this by 2 people I then lost my temper and said I would never return to the place as long as I lived. I have never been treated so rudely in all my life from a dealership and would tell the world how this place treats its customers. I then left the establishment driving 20mph home to park the car. If you are experiencing this kind of behavior from Bert Smith BMW I hope you speak out about it like I did today. I will take my vehicle elsewhere! Trust! More
