I live in Apollo Beach and make the drive to Bert Smith because of people like Mirnes, Fred (who retired) and Jeri, who took over for Fred in the Car Loaner Section. Horrible Customer Service $1800 and still not repaired. Picked up car and service tech tells us issue probably not fixed. 3 calls to service manager and left voicemail each ti $1800 and still not repaired. Rude Service writer When I arrived for my service appointment I was a mear 7 minutes late due to having taken a wrong turn. The service writer that I was assigned had left for lunch already but the attendant said he would get someone else to get my car in for the scheduled service. I went to the waiting area and after not being spoken to for about 40 minutes I walked to the service desk and saw that my car had not been moved. A service writer was there and was actually looking at my paperwork. When I asked him about what the hold up was and if they could get my car done in the 90 minute time frame he became very RUDE and stater "I am only doing you a favor to get your car in". Last time I check the customer should not have to depend on someone to "do them a favor" to get work done. I promptly did him a favor and left with my car and will be getting the service done some where else. I am new to the area and will not be going back to this dealership for anything. More

After looking for a new car for several months, I decided to visit this dealership - Excellent choice on my part!! From our introduction to the end result of purchasing a vehicle, Keith was professional, VERY knowledgeable, easy to talk with and a sincere gentleman. He respected my questions and listened to my concerns. After spending about an hour and a half with Keith, I left to think about purchasing one of the cars he suggested. There was no pressure on his part to “wrap this sale up today” (a phrase I’d been told a few times before). Ultimately, I did buy the car of my dreams from Keith. I take it Mirnes every time I have a service need. I will say one thing that the mechanics at Bert need better training. They have unsuccessfully tried to fix my air condition twice. It does cool the air gets down to 55 degrees which is not enough when it gets around 90 degrees I sweat all the way home. All other cars I own get down to mid 40's. Bert always gives me a loaner car with is a plus, and I really appreciate that as I dont have to beg folks for a ride to the dealership to pick-up my car. More
