Total Disappointment I was at this dealership today and was very disappointed that my appointment wasn't honored that I wasted 30 minutes of my time. I live in Winter Have I was at this dealership today and was very disappointed that my appointment wasn't honored that I wasted 30 minutes of my time. I live in Winter Haven which is 70 minutes away. I called Matt C., left a message in his voicemail and texted him about 10 minutes prior to my arrival at your dealership but no return call or text. When I got to the parking lot, I found another sales associate and have asked for Matt the sales associate whom I had an appointment with and was told that Matt will come out shortly. I waited and waited until after 30 minutes, I had to leave as my patience was just running out, left your dealership fuming with rage. I ended up going to the next BMW at Furman's at Palm Harbor. where I was well received and my business appreciated. If this is the kind of business this establishment is running, then I am not interested in doing business now or ever, nor will I ever recommend it to my colleagues and friends. More

Michael Ford helped me to lease my new car. He provided all the details of the transaction and went above and beyond to help me with the set up of my new X3. Urgent service appointment I had an urgent oil leak in the middle of this COVID-19 experience and Natalie Swain arranged for me to get right in and have it taken care of. As I am "on the elderly side" I've been staying home away from people and Natalie promptly arranged for my car to be picked up at my home and then returned to me. I've been going to BMW service departments for over 25 years and the last 7 years at Bert Smith - Natalie is the most customer-focused service manager I've had. She is not only extremely knowledgeable but simultaneously multi-tasks many important issues and clients, all while making each client feel her warmth and friendship and most importantly, a trust in her sound judgement. More
