Drake and the his supervisors in the sales team pretty much will tell you what you want to hear like telling you they will honor GM offers then when negotiations start flat out tell you no we’re not going much will tell you what you want to hear like telling you they will honor GM offers then when negotiations start flat out tell you no we’re not going to honor them and this is the price take it or leave it. Then they tack things on the end of the sale wether you want them or not. Then two days after buying my truck I realized I didn’t get a state inspection sticker that I paid for and they never told me they couldn’t do it. So I paid for it again I’m supposed to be getting a refund from them but I won’t hold my breath. Although I’m happy with my Chevy I am absolutely not happy with their sales process. THEY FLAT OUT DON’T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!!! I will never buy another vehicle from them again. Had I not needed the truck after waiting on one for weeks I would have told them where they could put the truck. I prefer someone tell me there going to screw me to my face then lie to me. More
