Needed a second key made and they told me to come in. Jeoff Hoyt programed the key right away and very courteous and attentive to any question I had. Also, our salesman, Jeremy Herbik came right up to us, brought us to the service department, introduced us to the staff and again was very personable. Bertera has a great bunch of people working there. What a pleasure to do business with them. More

After having bad car buying experiences in the past at other dealerships, I came into Bertera expecting to be disappointed. Luckily, I was not. It took some time and patience but we were able to trade i other dealerships, I came into Bertera expecting to be disappointed. Luckily, I was not. It took some time and patience but we were able to trade in our old car and purchase the one we wanted at the payment we wanted and with a better rate than I expected. We worked with Dan Santos who was friendly and honest with us and didn't try to push us into something we didn't want. He's also been great about following up and taking our call when we had a concern. We also met with Vinny and Bob, who were very friendly as well and did their best to help expedite the paperwork process so we could get out of there as soon as possible. So far I am pleased with our new car and would go back to Bertera in the future. More

Although I think the hourly rate for the mechanic is steep, Jeoff kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle, which is very important to me. I did not have to call him. Over all experience was outstanding. Carl Binette was very understanding to my personel needs in the vehicle I was looking for and took great time to make sure I was completely satisfied. Bertera Chevrolet in Palmer was a fantastic place to find a car! They had a wider selection than any other place that I looked at. The sales staff was extremely friendly and helpful and were not pushing me i a car! They had a wider selection than any other place that I looked at. The sales staff was extremely friendly and helpful and were not pushing me into something that I did not want or need. Jeremy Herbik was the salesperson I worked with. He was absolutely amazing! He spent hours with me and my family over the whole process of buying my car. Even when I said I did not need to test drive one of the cars, he encouraged me strongly to test it out. He went on every test drive and gave me all the information needed to make a smart decision. I would recommend Bertera Chevrolet and Jeremy to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car! It was a pleasant experience, and I would certainly go back there again when I need a car in the future. More

He bends over backwards to make sure that appointments are honored, the work is done as specified, and any estimates are really on the mark ( no oops factor). Jeremy was in one word excellent. He was personable and really worked with us on the price. We went on a weekend and it was very busy. Although we did have to wait a little bit they make it very comforta really worked with us on the price. We went on a weekend and it was very busy. The furniture is extremely comfortable and they have two huge televisions for you to watch so if it's a little busy and you have to wait DON'T LEAVE because they will make it worth your wait. I can't say anything bad about anyone there. Jeremy was the best salesman I think we have ever had. Vinny talked to us about the financing and he was also very personable. Even the General Manager came over to us a couple times to make sure everything was okay. Our credit was not the best but they worked with us. We went to a car dealership that was closer to our home before we went to Bertera and although the salesman was friendly they did not work with us. The salesman there said that the supposed deal he was giving us was the best and that we wouldn't get a better deal anywhere else. He told us that all car dealerships go through the same banks and have the same options. Well, he was wrong and shouldn't have told us that because Bertera does have better deals and more options. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience! I purchased my car here from Mark Williams. I went to Bertera Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle and brought along my girlfriend. He seemed like a nice guy, we took a test here from Mark Williams. I went to Bertera Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle and brought along my girlfriend. He seemed like a nice guy, we took a test drive and I ended up purchasing an '09 Toyota Corolla. I signed all of the paperwork, had my girlfriend co-sign, and we were on our way. They told me it would be a day or two until I would have my car.... that turned into three or four days fairly quickly. Then, as I was reading the fine print on the paperwork, Mark had signed me up for an extended 2 year warranty WITHOUT telling me. I was also persuaded into purchasing gap insurance and was told I could cancel it at any time. The two year warranty ALONE tacked on about an extra $2,000, so I went down there and was furious. Yes it was partially my fault, but he should have at least mentioned that I was receiving the warranty. I asked him why the paper I was signing said ~$14,000 not ~$12,000, and he told me "It just looks better at the bank, don't worry we're not charging you ~$14,000, it will be $12,000". When I realized what this crook did, I called and called and could never get to anyone who could help me. I had 30 days to cancel my extended warranty, so about one week after purchasing the car I had to drive down to the dealership, and tell them I wanted to cancel BOTH the extended warranty AND gap insurance. I signed the paperwork, and they supposedly sent the information of the cancellation to the bank I received my car loan from. HAH! I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN A REDUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OWED FOR MY CAR. It's been MONTHS. I assume as soon as I signed the papers to cancel the warranty and gap insurance they just threw the paper away. I left NUMEROUS voicemails about my issue, and had been told by the receptionist that someone would get back to me. Its been months now. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. This guy knew I was a sucker and boy did they royally screw me over. If they make things right, then I'll take down my reviews, but I'm still paying for a warranty and gap insurance that I have already cancelled. Who knows, I probably don't even have the coverage and I'm paying for it. More
