Nick Costanza helped me get into an brand new 2012 Chevy Cruze, which I absolutely love. I was able to go 410 miles on (1) tank of gas! Have four major issues with a $10000 van I purchased and the dealership refuses to fix the issues. Treats you as the bad guy when you have an issue. I brought back the van a week after I bought it and they the dealership refuses to fix the issues. Treats you as the bad guy when you have an issue. Pressured me to go above my budget for I quote "xxxx of a van" that should have been the van from xxxx. More

This dealer will work within your limits and try to match a vehicle to your specifications as much as possible. In a tough economy, this is the best thing to do, considering most are not willing to spend $10 a vehicle to your specifications as much as possible. The salesmen are very friendly and willing to negotiate to make sure you have the best experience possible. They will step in to make sure you get the car as soon as possible. They have a free tires for life program, which happens every other oil change and is active as long as said oil changes are up to date. Just keep in mind that the prices they show is not including the insurance, which is always higher, but this is standard practice. In this economy, you have to be willing to take a few shots before walking out with a good car. More
Although the dealership was very busy at the time, I revieved great service from all the sales personell that helped, No games by salespeople. My 2005 did have some issues with the steering suspension and I had to return 3 times before finally resolving all the issuse. However, David Bonica, my service advisor did an outstanding job in making sure all items were taken care of. Paul was enjoyable to work with. However, calling the dealership to speak with the salesmen is aggravating at best. Calls are transferred to a phone that is not answered then disconnected. Each time required at a minimum of 3 calls prior to going to voice mail are actually speaking with someone. Our salesmen Paul was nice to deal with,however if they did not have the car we wanted we would have gone to another dealer as the rest of the process beyond Paul was strained at best, very poor communication, difficult to call and once there often left waiting to fill out paperwork while computers froze with no explanation of what we were waiting for.
