My boyfriend and I stopped into the dealership on a whim, we were actually on our way out of state to look at another vehicle. Joel is high energy and not satisfied until you are satisfied. He listened to what I was looking for and then kept within a range of what I wanted to see BUT...still thinks outside the box to suggest satisfied. I went to Bertera to check out a used Dodge pick-up that they had on their on-line site. Nick brought the truck for me to look at...and he was great...no pressure..just let me look and test drive... After talking it over with my wife -- I brought my old truck in -- and they looked it over and gave me what I wanted for trade. We bought the truck that day!! Nick arranged for inspection sticker and plate transfer...he also worked with body shop to get a small rust spot repaired before we picked up the vehicle. In addition Bertera replaced all four tires and brakes before we left the lot!! WHAT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My wife & I were truly impressed with Nick's no pressure -- "it's all about me (the customer) attitiude" He was a pleasure to deal with -- a true asset to Bertera. I would recommend him for any future vehicle purchases -- although it may be a while since I love my new truck. Thank you Nick.
