I respect your service but disagree with your attitude at this point. If you choose to contact me, I will refund your deposit personally as it does us no good to keep it...we cannot complete the approval process without the documents you failed to provide us with. Paul, unfortunately, did not provide you with the correct information. He should have asked for you to provide the proof of income and residency that you were supposed to fax and never did. Shawn, we do not get paid unless we deliver a vehicle. Any work done on our part, the holding of the vehicle, the processing of the app and the working to get the approval we have was done on your behalf was free as far as you are concerned. All the above being said...your all set? Wow..OK....gimme a call on Monday. I will break the rules and refund your cash over the phone. See, we dont keep your credit card info on file to protect YOU and need the info from that card. Please have that ready when you call. Thank you again for your service, but in this case you are overreacting, overreaching, and just plain wrong to go this route.

Well well well your attitude is wrong sir. i will call you I have no problem with you sir but you have the wrong info. I did give him the information on my proof of income and residency that night and checking account also, I have a my wife as a witness also instead of trying to protect your salesman why don't you ask him to man up? I do sales forget about the number and take care of your customer like getting back to them on a timely matter, I had to call him 2 days in a row to see how the process was going, so you have the wrong info. Shawn, I assure you that we have had an approval which requires a current paystub and last years w-2's. One without the other does not work for the bank. Simpily put, the bank tells me what it will and wont accept. As for protecting my salesperson, you are dead wrong. In fact, I just had a meeting with my staff using your review as the backdrop of communicating properly with our customers. Paul did not do a good job of communicating with you, however, your review paints a very nasty threatening, and demeaning picture of my dealership as a whole and what we offered you in services. You came here to buy somthing and know your credit history. We have obtained credit approval on your behalf as you requested and need documents to obtain a final approval. There was a miscommunication about that and a poor handling of the direct communication with you. That does not make us whatever you attempted to portray us as. I will speak to you on Monday. Paul again never said there was an approval and if there was one maybe I should of been told? And the reason I said what I said it's because it's all true no call backs nothing so if you take that as a threat and demeaning picture of your dealership you need to have a little more hands on with customers dealings with your salesmen. Again i will speak to you on monday. PS Paul agreed that I wasn't going to get approved so that kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth, so someone needs to get their story straight Have a good night talk to you monday
