Bruce, we have admitted that the ordering of the second update disc was missed and have rectified the problem. The only reason that the BBB was involved is because you contacted them instead of us. As management, we cannot fix what we are not aware ofWe have apoligized for the inconvience, rectified the problem, and sold you a great vehicle at a great price. I CONTACTED YOU PEOPLE 4 OR 5 TIMES,I TALKED TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT,THEY SAID IT WAS ORDERED,I TALKED TO THE SERVICE MANAGER,HE SAID HE WOULD CHECK INTO IT,IN THE MEAN TIME IT WAS 2 MONTHS,STILL NOTHING.DON'T TELL ME I NEVER CONTACTED YOU PEOPLE.I DIDN'T WANT TO CONTACT BBB,BUT YOU LEFT ME NO OTHER OPTION!!I WILL NOT MODIFY MY REVIEW!THANK YOU,BRUCE MORELLI.toppin1beb@gmail.com

I know Bruce...the confusion was that it had been ordered, the wrong one came in and was not recorded properly...thats why the order still showed as pending. Of the times you called, you were told that it was on order because thats what those employees thought. When you called and left a message for the General Manager, you did so AFTER you called the BBB...which gave me no opportunity to help you because I did not know there was an issue. In fact, your message was followed by their message in the voice mail. So I ask you...what opportunity did a person of authority have to help you before you contacted them? I believe it is fair to say we dropped the ball on your navigation...and it is also fair to say you had a great overall experience, fantastic pricing, a great vehicle, and your issue was ultimately cleared up satisfactorily after a phone call. Am I wrong?

IT SEEMS TO ME THE RIGHT HAND DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE LEFT HAND IS DOING!THE BBB IS THE ONE THAT TOLD ME TO CALL THE GENERAL MANAGER,I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN.WHEN I DID BRING THE CAR IN THE GUY IN SERVICE DEPT.,SAID WE HAVE A COUPLE DISCS HERE NO PROBLEM,WELL AN HOUR LATER HE TOLD ME THEY WILL HAVE CHANGE THE WHOLE SYSTEM.TO ME THEY COULD HAVE DONE THAT 3 MONTHS AGO,AND WE WOULD NOT BEEN IN THIS SITUATION.YOU KNOW WHEN YOU DID CHANGE THE SYSTEM,YOU WOULD THINK YOU WOULD HAVE ASKED ME IN AND DISCUSSED,THIS BUT NOT EVEN A APOLOGY,WHAT WOULD YOU THINK? PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES!!!

Bruce...I am not upset that you called us...I am happy we rectified the problem. I understand that you were frustrated and you should have been. I am simpily stating that when I became aware of the problem, I fixed it. Further, that the problem with the Nav was not indicitive of your whole experience. In your shoes I would have been upset that my nav system did not work. I have apoligized for that. I have also tried to explain that while we screwed up we were not aware of the fact that the wrong disc came in and was not reordered. I would not consider that not knowing what the other hand is doing...I consider it a clerical error which affected a customer inadvertantly and that the problem has been rectified. My point is Bruce, this error on our part was not intentional, was not malicious, and was not a proper reflection of the ENTIRE purchase, product, service, etc that you enjoyed. I agree that you should have been upset and glad you called. I am even happier that it is now case closed and you can enjoy your car. I just think your review takes your anger form the nav system into the whole experience which is not accurate. I am sorry we missed it...I am happy it is fixed...I wish you well and remain personally availible to you in the future...But I respectfully disagree with your assesment of the whole experience you had with my dealership.
