im sorry but your dealership is a disgrace! i brought my vehicle there yesterday for an inspection sticker and guess what i got a rejection sticker! it failed for emissions and tints that are to dark! no wonder u sold me the car without the inspection sticker! now your guy told me i have to pay to have the tint removed n replaced. i have a feeling your guys knew ahead of time n thats why i didnt have the sticker in the first place. i just bought the vehicle from you last week. this whole experience has been a nightmare and i am telling everyone to never ever go to bertera!

It is unfortunate that the numbers were confusing, however, you knew when you left your home that the numbers you were given were not available. you can only use the rebate of 5,000 or the special financing...not both.

It's unfortunate that you need a security guard in your showroom? It's unfortunate that you feel the need to degrade the competition. It's unfortunate you "bait and switch". it's unfortunate that Holly could not even apologize for misleading me. At any rate your dealership is "trashy" at best and after reading the other complaints and reviews I'm glad I left your dealership without giving you 1 cent of my business. I've purchased the exact truck you showed me for at Salvadores for $380 per month @ 72 months. They were amazed at what you tried to pull and were actually thankful for there job security knowing dealerships like you make the good ones...Great!

Craig, as discussed there was certainly an error made in the accounting of the payment you were quoted. You cannot combine the rebate and the special financing on any make or model vehicle sold. Unfortunately we no not agree that a simple addition error translates into a $5,000 loss to the dealership. If not for "customer recovery" then for future customer service. Your review is very vague in substance and seems to just throw a bunch of bashing out there without a clear indication of what you are or were trying to accomplish. As the person who works all of the deals here I have tried to pull pieces of your story out to determine which deal this is and where it went wrong, however, I cannot match your statements to a situation we have encountered.
