I sent a mail packet to Brian Yarrows but I was ignored so this matter is pending in small claims court. I was completely disgusted with the after sales treatment by your company and the issue will be resolved in court. I regret that it reached that point but all I wanted was to be treated decently and competently by Bertera Chevrolet. Unfortunately that never has happened.
