Surprised at the generous quotes for my vehicles I found I could use both to purchase a new vehicle, lower my payments and still receive cash to pay off some bills making things more manageable. I owe this positive experience to salesman Roberto who greeted me immediately when I entered the lot and helped me even when it was clear that it would not ultimately result in a sale. Roberto helped make the entire process very smooth by connecting me to Keith at the Fiat location who would value my vehicles. I also need to add that Keith in the used car department was also most helpful. Since Roberto had assisted me so well during my original visit, I sought him out when things changed and I wanted to make a purchase. He had all the paperwork completed quickly and made sure I understood all the new features that were included in my car. Especially the electronics of the model. On the day of my visit I was called about 30 minutes before my arrival by Igor Palgi my salesperson to confirm I was coming. He met us at the showroom doorway and lead us in to a meeting room. He asked a few questions and immediately knew what we wanted, He showed us the vehicle on a large screen computer screen and then declared, "you must drive this car" and so we did. It was exactly what I was looking for. From that point on I knew I was in the right place. Igor was amazing, courteous, a gentlemen. The process was seamless. It took a little longer than I wanted only because i was transferring from another state. He explained everything about the process clearly and put us at ease.
